When the supervisor believes the thesis is ready for preliminary approval (see further http://www.imaes.eu/?page_id=1638), the student will distribute it to the examination committee (three printed copies for the committee members, plus an electronic copy for the coordinator of studies).
The supervisor will designate the time and place of the oral defence, in consultation with the thesis committee. The defence should be scheduled so as to allow a reasonable period of time for all members of the examination committee to read and review the thesis.
Student and supervisor should notify of the time and place of the oral defence to the coordinator of studies by means of the MA-thesis submission & defence form:
The oral defence will be open to the university community. It will necessarily take place in accordance with the dates and deadlines established for such purpose by each of the three universities involved in the Master’s programme, as follows:
20 February 2017 (only available to students already registered during the previous academic year)
27 and 28 June 2017
31 July 2017
